The only difference between the manual vs. power is the power is 3.5 compared to 3.25 turns lock to lock.

In Japan the AE86 came in Manual Steering and Power Steering (GT and Apex Twincam 16 models) and Manual (GTV model). I really wanted to understand the difference between the USD manual racks and a GTV manual racks. It was just easier to donate my USD and GTV racks to Battle Version.  Battle Version is offering tie rod spacers to increase the steering angle making a USD Power or Manual equal to the GTV Angle.
